(Commencement) Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2013, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Notification 2014.
2.  Sections 2, 5(a), (d), (g) and (j) and 20(d) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2013 shall come into operation on 1st June 2014.
