(Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2015, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2015, with the exception of section 6, comes into operation on 26 June 2015.
