| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 1997. |
| 2. The provisions of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1997, with the exception of section 3, shall come into operation on 1st October 1997. |
