| Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000 |

| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2000. |
| 2. The Building Control (Amendment) Act 2000, with the exception of sections 3, 4 and 5, shall come into operation on 1st September 2001. |
| 3. Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2000 shall come into operation on 15th October 2000. |
