Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Composition of Offences) Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2) of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Composition of Offences) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.

Offences which may be compounded

2. Offences under sections 16 and 18 of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with section 53(1) of the Act.
