| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013. |
| 2. The Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2012 shall, with the exception of sections 76(h), 78(a), 80, 81(a) and (e), 84, and 86(a), (b), (d), (e), (f) and (g), come into operation on 31st January 2013. |
