(Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Moneylenders (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Moneylenders (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 2nd October 2012.
