(Commencement) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.

2. The Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 20th November 1998.
