| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012. |
| 2. The Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 shall, with the exception of sections 2(i), (j) and (k), 4, 5, 14, 15 and 16, come into operation on 1st December 2012. |
