Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st November 2004.
