Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2001

Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2001, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.
