| Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013 |

| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013. |
| 2. Sections 36, 37, 38 and 41 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 shall come into operation on 2nd December 2013. |
| 3. Sections 43 to 48 and 67(1) of, and the Eighth Schedule to, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 shall come into operation on 2nd January 2014. |
