(Amendment) Act 2017
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Amendment) Act 2017, except sections 2(d) and (f), 15, 27(e), 53 and 58(a) and (c), comes into operation on 1 February 2019.
3.  Sections 2(d) and (f) and 58(a) and (c) of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 14 December 2018.
