Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020
(Commencement) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2021.

2. Sections 2(e), (w) and (x), 9, 10, 11, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 44, 45(a) and (d), 46 and 47 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 1 January 2022.
