(Commencement) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2018.

2. Section 2(i), (j) and (k) of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2012 comes into operation on 1 March 2019.
