(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2024, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10(a) and (c) to (f), 11 to 17, 23, 24, 26, 40(a) to (d), 41, 45, 48 to 52, 81, 82, 84(b) to (i), 85 to 89, 90(i), 91(a) to (h) and (j) to (n), 93(h) and (q) to (u), 94, 95 and 96(1), (2) and (8) of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2024 come into operation on 30 October 2024.
