(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2019, except sections 8, 10, 12, 13 and 24(d), (e), (f), (g) and (h), comes into operation on 1 January 2020.
