Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Rates of tax

2. The tax to be charged on the taxable services specified in the first column of the Schedule shall be at the rates set out in the second column thereof.

Revocation

3. The Statutory Boards (Taxable Services) Order 2000 (G.N. No. S 281/2000) is revoked.

Made this 8th day of November 2001.
