Notification under Section 11(1)

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, the Chief Justice has appointed the Supreme Court of Singapore at No. 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879 as a place where the High Court shall sit, with effect from 20th June 2005.

2. It is further notified that the High Court shall cease to sit at the Supreme Court building at No. 1 St. Andrew’s Road, Singapore 178957 and the City Hall building at No. 3 St. Andrew’s Road, Singapore 178958, with effect from 20th June 2005.
