Stamp Duties (Remission) (Revocation) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Stamp Duties Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Remission) (Revocation) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2006.

Revocation

2. The following Orders are revoked:

(a)	the Stamp Duties (En-Bloc Redevelopments) Remission Order (O 5);
(b)	the Stamp Duties (HDB Transitional Housing) Remission Order (O 6);
(c)	the Stamp Duties (Inherited Properties) Remission Order (O 7);
(d)	the Stamp Duties (Non-licensed Housing Developers) Remission Order (O 8); and
(e)	the Stamp Duties (Seller’s Duty) Remission Order (O 10).

Made this 28th day of December 2005.
