Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Composition of offences
2.—(1)  The offences set out in the Schedule may be compounded by the Director in accordance with section 71 of the Act.
(2)  The amount offered to be compounded set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Director in respect of the offences set out opposite thereto in the first column thereof.
