Appointment of Authorised Officers

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999, the Director of Sewerage and Drainage has appointed, with effect from 1st April 1999 —

(1)	the Engineering Service Officers; and
(2)	the Technical Support Officers,

of the Sewerage, Drainage and Pollution Control Departments of the Ministry of the Environment to be authorised officers for the purposes of the Act.
