Sewerage and Drainage
(Sewage Treatment Plants) (Revocation)
Regulations 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Sewerage and Drainage Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Sewage Treatment Plants) (Revocation) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.

Revocation

2. The Sewerage and Drainage (Sewage Treatment Plants) Regulations (Rg 3) are revoked.
