| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations. |
| Definition |
| 1A. In these Regulations, “food establishment” means any place or any premises or part thereof used for the sale, or for the preparation or manufacture for sale, or for the storage or packing for sale, of food, whether cooked or not, intended for human consumption. [S 67/2018 wef 01/02/2018] |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Agency in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof. [S 228/2019 wef 01/04/2019] |
