Singapore Productivity and Standards Board
(Certification Marks) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1)(j) of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board Act, the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (Certification Marks) Notification 1998.

Certification marks

2.—(1) The People Developer Mark set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 11th December 1997.

(2) The Singapore Quality Award Mark set out in Part II of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 27th June 1995.

(3) The Singapore Quality Class Mark set out in Part III of the Schedule shall be a certification mark of the Board, with effect from 16th July 1997.
