Singapore Totalisator Board (Prescribed Lotteries, Betting and Gaming Activities) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 (1)(c) and 21 of the Singapore Totalisator Board Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Totalisator Board (Prescribed Lotteries, Betting and Gaming Activities) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2004.

Prescribed lotteries and betting and gaming activites

2. For the purposes of section 4(1)(c) of the Act, the lotteries and betting and gaming activities to be operated and conducted by the Board shall be as follows:

(a)

Singapore Big Sweep Draw;

(b)

Toto Games Draw;

(c)

4-Digit Numbers Games Draw;

(ca)

Scratchit;

(d)

betting and gaming in connection with —

(i)

any S. League football match in Singapore;

(ii)

any other football match in Singapore (not being an S. League football match) that is organised, sanctioned in writing or hosted by the Football Association of Singapore; and

(iii)

any football match outside Singapore that is organised, sanctioned or hosted by —

(A)	the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (referred to in these Regulations as FIFA) or any of its member confederations or member national associations; or
(B)	a body which is an assign or a successor of FIFA or any of its member confederations or member national associations.
