| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees — Facilities-based Operator) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 4th March 2005. |
| Designated telecommunication licensees |
| 2. The Authority hereby declares all telecommunication licensees granted a licence to provide facilities-based operations under section 5 of the Act to be designated telecommunication licensees for the purposes of Part VA of the Act. |
