| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Smoking (Control of Advertisements and Sale of Tobacco) (Foreign Newspapers) Notification. |
| Act to apply to any advertisement relating to smoking in foreign newspapers |
| 2. Part II of the Act shall apply to any advertisement relating to smoking contained in a newspaper specified in the Schedule which is printed or published outside Singapore and is brought into Singapore for sale, free distribution or personal use. |
