Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Practice, Conduct and Ethics) Regulations 2001 |

Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Practice, Conduct and Ethics) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2001. |

Proper records to be kept |
3. A registered person shall ensure that proper and accurate records are kept to enable proper aftercare and service for his patients and shall, in addition, cause to be recorded therein in respect of each patient the particulars required by such guidelines as the Board may, from time to time, determine. |

4. A registered person shall conspicuously display —

Advertising |
5. A registered person shall not advertise his skills or practice as a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, or endorse any product related to traditional Chinese medicine, except in accordance with such guidelines as the Board may, from time to time, determine or in such manner as the Board may approve. |

6.—(1) No registered person shall —

7. Any complaint that a registered person has contravened any provision of these Regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Investigation of Complaints) Regulations 2001 (G.N. No. S 474/2001). |
