| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Prescribed Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 7th February 2001. |

| 2. The Minister hereby declares acupuncture as a prescribed practice of traditional Chinese medicine for the purposes of the Act. |
