Trade Marks (Excluded Day) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78 and 108 of the Trade Marks Act, the Minister for Law, after consulting with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Excluded Day) Rules 2004.

Excluded day

2. In addition to the excluded days set out in rule 80 of the Trade Marks Rules (R 1), 24th January 2004 shall be an excluded day for the purposes of the transaction of any business under the Act the time for the transaction of which expires on that day.
