Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Tourist Promotion (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification.
Definition
1A.  For the purposes of this Notification, “ hotel” includes any place or premises in the hotel used for the sale or for the preparation for sale of food or drink, whether cooked or not, intended for human consumption, whether the place or premises is owned or managed by the proprietor of the hotel.

Hotels
2.  The hotels which are registered as hotels under the provisions of the Hotels Act [Cap. 127], and which are set out in the Schedule, have been declared to be tourist hotels, tourist food establishments and tourist public houses.
