| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 8) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th June 2007. |

| 2. The Public Trustee as an administrator of the estate of Sajahan Bin Abdul Rahman (deceased) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the transfer of the motor cycle bearing registration number FZ 589K belonging to Sajahan Bin Abdul Rahman to Shalimshah Bin Sajahan (NRIC No. S7811641B). |
