| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption From Prohibition Against Dealing) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013. |

| 2. Fathi Abu Bakar Bafana (NRIC No. S1709186G) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of renting a 2-room or 3-room flat from the Housing and Development Board in any location in Singapore. |
