| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Exemption of Employers) (Consolidation) Notification. |

| 2. The employers set out in the Schedule are exempted from of section 23(1) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, which provides for compulsory insurance against employer’s liability. |
