Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Authorised Organisations) Regulations.
Authorised organisations
2.  The organisations specified in the Schedule are authorised organisations for the survey or inspection of Singapore ships and the issue of any certificate under Part V of the Act.
