| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Telecommunication Facilities) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 4 March 2024. |
| Areas declared to be protected areas |
| 2. Any area described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for the purposes of sections 32 and 33 of the Act. |
