| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Customs Ticket Notices) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013. |
| Offences prescribed for section 125A of Act |
| 2. The offences to which section 125A of the Act applies are set out in the First Schedule. |
| Form of notice |
| 3. A notice to be served on any person under section 125A of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Second Schedule. [S 186/2019 wef 01/04/2019] |
