Casino Control Act
(Chapter 33A)
Casino Control (Prescribed Offences) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 180(1) and 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Prescribed Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 8th February 2010.
Prescribed offences
2.  An offence under any of the following provisions of the Act is an offence for which a suspected person may be detained under section 180(1) of the Act:
(a)section 125(2);
(b)section 132(2).
