In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1)(c)(ii) of the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care (Prescribed Period under Section 6(1)(c)(ii)) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 November 2021.

Prescribed period

2. For the purposes of section 6(1)(c)(ii) of the Act, the prescribed period is between 1 January 1970 and 31 December 1979 (both dates inclusive).
