CareShield Life and
Long-Term Care Act 2019

CareShield Life and Long-Term Care (Long-Term Care Support Fund — Prescribed Public Schemes) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1) of the CareShield Life and Long-Term Care Act 2019, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the CareShield Life and Long-Term Care (Long-Term Care Support Fund — Prescribed Public Schemes) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 January 2020.

Prescribed public schemes
2.  For the purposes of section 39(1)(c) of the Act, the following schemes established by the Government are prescribed public schemes:
(a)the ElderFund Scheme;
(b)the Withdrawal from Medisave Account for Long‑Term Care Scheme (also known as the Medisave Care Scheme).
