Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Control of Rent (Exemption — Statutory Bodies) (Consolidation) Notification.

Exempted premises

2. The following properties and premises are exempted from the provisions of the Act:

(a)	all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Port of Singapore Authority; [S 310/51] [10.8.51]
(b)	all properties of the National University of Singapore; [S 186/70] [10.7.70]
(c)	all premises belonging to, leased or rented by the Singapore Tourist Promotion Board; [S 258/70] [18.9.70]
(d)	all properties of the Telecommunications Authority of Singapore; [S 78/71] [12.3.71]
(e)	all properties of the Sentosa Development Corporation situate in Sentosa; and [S 240/73] [20.7.73]
(f)	all properties belonging to, leased or sold by the Urban Redevelopment Authority. [S 52/79] [9.3.79]
