| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. The offences under the provisions specified in the Schedule (other than any continuing offence) may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 93 of the Act. [S 549/2023 wef 01/08/2023] |
