| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Electricity Trading Licence) (Exemption) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010. |
| Exemption from section 6(1)(f) of Act |
| 2. Section 6(1)(f) of the Act shall not apply to any person who trades in the wholesale electricity market for the sole purpose of purchasing electricity wholly for his own consumption. |
