(Declaration of Hospital)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “hospital” in section 2 of the Human Organ Transplant Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospital) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 9th May 2013.

Declaration of hospital

2. The Minister hereby declares Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital to be a hospital for the purposes of the Act other than Part 4A.
