Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Infected Areas) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 14th June 2004.

Infected areas

2. The Minister hereby declares the areas set out in the second column of the Schedule to be infected areas in respect of the diseases set out in the third column thereof.

Cancellation

3. Gazette Notification No. 3306 published on 5th October 1998 is cancelled.
