International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (International Monetary Fund) Order 2008 |

Citation and commencement |
1. This Order may be cited as the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (International Monetary Fund) Order 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2008. |
Definitions |
2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

3. This Order is without prejudice to —

Status of International Monetary Fund |
4. The International Monetary Fund is an organisation of which the Government and the governments of foreign sovereign Powers are members. |
Immunities and privileges of Fund in relation to Resident Representative Office |
5. The Fund shall have, in relation to the Resident Representative Office, the like inviolability of premises as is accorded in respect of the premises of an envoy of a foreign sovereign Power accredited to the Republic of Singapore. |
Immunities and privileges of members of professional staff of Fund |
Non-application of Part IV of Schedule to Act |
7. Part IV of the Schedule to the Act shall not apply to extend any immunity or privilege conferred by this Order to any person. |
Revocation |
8. The International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (International Monetary Fund) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 684/2005) is revoked. |
