Infrastructure Protection
(Protected Areas) (No. 2) Order 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 13(1) of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Areas) (No. 2) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 8 February 2025.
Premises declared to be protected area and surrounding area
2.—(1)  The premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected area.
(2)  The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected area for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.
Revocation
3.  Revoke the Protected Areas (No. 7) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 284/2011).
