(Assignment of Functions)
Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Assignment of Functions) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 15 April 2020.
Additional functions
2.  The Minister for Finance assigns to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore the following functions:
(a)administering the Jobs Support Scheme introduced in the Budget Statement of the Government dated 18 February 2020;
(b)disbursing payments under the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit introduced in the Budget Statement of the Government dated 18 February 2020;
(c)disbursing the foreign worker levy rebate introduced in the Ministerial Statement on Additional Support Measures in Response to Elevated Safe Distancing Measures dated 6 April 2020.
