1.  The interest payable by Volvo Group Treasury Asia (Pte.) Ltd. to the following companies shall be exempted from tax from 1st January 1994 to 31st December 1998:
(1)  Volvo Korea.
(2)  Volvo Finance Far East.
(3)  Volvo Hong Kong.
(4)  Volvo Bus Hong Kong Ltd.
